Arts Week Dragon Art

Today we started our art unit with Ms Maloni. We are working to complete a piece of art for our calendar art and a piece of art for the School Art Exhibition.
We started with a story, Ignis. After that we looked at pictures of different dragons. Next we practised sketching the parts of a dragon...head, wing, foot and tail. What a lot of super artists we have in Room 18!

  3. I loved drawing the Dragon art. My dragon looked like a Unicorn. It was mostly blue, purple and green. All of the dragon artwork was good. It was easy doing the practise paper but the calendar art was harder. Did you enjoy arts week? Do you love doing art?

That artwork looks complicated but you seemed to make it look awesome! Ray and I are super excited to see it at the art exhibition. When we did our art for arts week we smashed records! How long did it take to make the artwork complete?
